Installing and compatibility
- The app requires Android 8.0 (API 26) or newer.
- Install and update it from Google Play. If it does not appear for your device, Google Play has decided it is not compatible with that device or country.
- The app has been built for phones in portrait and landscape. Tablets and unusual font sizes have not been extensively tested.
- The app uses low-latency audio where your device offers it, and falls back to standard audio otherwise. We make no latency promises.
Purchases and reinstalling
- Purchases are made on Google Play only; the app has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
- To reinstall or move to a new device, sign in to Google Play with the Google account that bought the app and install it again.
- Refunds follow Google Play’s process; see Refunds & Purchases.
Projects and exported files
- Where are my projects? In the app’s private storage on your device. Android’s backup may also copy them; see the Privacy Policy.
- A project is missing after reinstalling. Uninstalling removes the app’s storage. Projects return only if Android’s device backup restored them.
- Where did my export go? Exports go to the location you chose in the Android file picker. Check that folder, or export again and note the destination.
- Export is not available as MP3. The app exports WAV only: stereo, 44.1 kHz, 16- or 24-bit.
- Export failed. Make sure the device has enough free space, then try again to a different location.
Audio troubleshooting
- No sound: check the device volume and that it is not on silent or connected to a disconnected Bluetooth device.
- If a call or another app interrupts playback, the app stops and shows a Resume option.
- Crackles with many sounds: the app plays up to 32 voices at once; very busy patterns may be limited by your device.
- After connecting or unplugging headphones the app reopens the output automatically; if sound does not return, press play again.
Reporting a bug
Please include: your device model, Android version, app version (Settings → About), what you did, what you expected and what happened. A screen recording helps. Remember the app sends no automatic reports, so we only learn about problems you tell us about.
